77VIP Terms and Conditions – Rules and Platform Policy

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 77VIP platform, including the website, mobile application, sportsbook, casino games, live casino, promotions and VIP loyalty programme. By registering an account with 77VIP, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have read and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of 77VIP regardless of how you access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser or the dedicated 77VIP mobile app. Using the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

77VIP is an online gaming and entertainment platform. Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as a guarantee of winnings, financial returns or any particular outcome from gaming or betting activity on the platform.

2 Account Registration

To use the full features of 77VIP, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• You must be aged 18 or above at the time of registration. Creating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may hold only one active account. Duplicate or multi-accounts are prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your real name, valid contact details and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 77VIP will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your password.
• 77VIP reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including for the purpose of processing withdrawals or confirming eligibility for bonuses. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension until the verification is resolved.
• Accounts may only be used for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 77VIP are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and supported mobile wallets. Available methods are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown at the time of the transaction. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at 77VIP's discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your 77VIP balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the method used — most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are near-instant.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account, wallet or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and VIP tier. Standard processing times are displayed in your account. Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing.
• 77VIP does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside 77VIP's control.
• In cases where fraud, multi-accounting or bonus abuse is suspected, 77VIP may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation. You will be notified if your withdrawal is subject to a review.
• All accounts are subject to standard anti-money laundering checks. Unusual or high-value transactions may require additional documentation before being processed.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

77VIP offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms stated for each individual offer:

• Bonus offers are only available to users who have accepted the relevant offer at the time it is active. Retroactive application of bonus offers is not possible.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement which must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games and time limit are stated clearly for each offer on the Promotions page.
• Bonuses are generally credited in PKR to your bonus balance. Bonus funds and real funds are kept separately in your account and the order in which they are used for bets is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Only one welcome or deposit bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• 77VIP reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus has already been credited to your account, the terms at the time of crediting apply.
• Bonus offers are for personal use only. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, sharing bonuses with other users or any other attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Free bet and free spin offers carry their own specific terms which are stated at the point the offer is displayed. Winnings from free bets or free spins may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

5 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 77VIP, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and Esports markets:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless 77VIP specifically makes a cash-out option available for that market.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within the timeframe specified in the market rules, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's standard rules as applied by 77VIP.
• For PSL and other cricket markets, if a match is shortened due to weather and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method is applied, the result for settlement purposes is the official DLS result as declared by the match officials.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during a match at 77VIP's discretion, particularly during key moments such as wickets, video reviews or weather delays.
• Obvious errors in odds — including clear mispricings — will not be honoured. 77VIP reserves the right to void bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary depending on the sport, event, market type and your account's history. Limits may be adjusted for individual accounts without prior notice.
• Collusion between bettors, use of insider information or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a match is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

6 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on 77VIP are provided by third-party game suppliers. The following rules apply:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). 77VIP does not influence, alter or interfere with game outcomes in any way.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are provided by the game supplier and reflect long-term statistical averages — they do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including disconnection, game crash or display error — bets will be resolved based on the server-side game state recorded at the time of the fault. If the server state cannot be determined, the affected round may be voided and the relevant stake returned.
• Live casino games are streamed from third-party studio facilities. In the unlikely event of a stream interruption, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to their own terms as specified by the game provider. Jackpot wins are credited in PKR based on the prevailing conversion rate at the time of the win, if the jackpot pool is maintained in another currency by the provider.

7 VIP Programme

The 77VIP loyalty programme runs across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The following conditions apply to VIP membership and benefits:

• VIP points are earned on qualifying real-money wagers across eligible games and sports markets. The points earning rate and qualifying activity criteria are detailed on the VIP page.
• Tier progression is based on accumulated VIP points within the current qualifying period. Tier requirements may be updated periodically and changes will be communicated to affected members with reasonable notice.
• Cashback and reward amounts are stated in PKR and are credited as withdrawable real-money balance. Individual cashback offers may carry specific wagering conditions which will be stated at the time of crediting.
• VIP benefits — including withdrawal limits, processing priority and account manager access — are available only while your account maintains the qualifying tier status. A drop in tier due to inactivity or falling below the threshold removes the associated benefits.
• 77VIP reserves the right to suspend or remove VIP tier benefits if an account is found to be in breach of these Terms or suspected of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Personal account managers assigned to Platinum and Diamond members are available for account-related assistance. They do not have authority to override these Terms or offer exceptions to platform policies on an individual basis.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77VIP and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human method to place bets, spin games or interact with the platform in a way that bypasses normal user activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage, including placing bets on obviously mispriced odds.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format to gain an advantage at the expense of other users or the platform.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using 77VIP accounts for any purpose other than legitimate personal gaming and betting entertainment.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 77VIP staff, support agents or other users through any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

77VIP reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials.
• A court order, regulatory requirement or law enforcement request.
• Extended account inactivity combined with an unclaimed balance — in such cases, 77VIP will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before any action is taken.

If your account is closed due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a voluntary closure request — your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

10 Privacy and Data

77VIP collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that document. The key points are:

• 77VIP does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• 77VIP is not liable for losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions or errors that are outside the platform's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider downtime or third-party game supplier failures.
• 77VIP is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or for unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own actions or inactions.
• The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 77VIP does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

77VIP may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that affect your rights or obligations, 77VIP will provide additional notice through your registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of 77VIP after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
